Delivery and Returns


Once the purchase has been made, from, the acceptance of the order will be immediately confirmed by a link where the confirmation of the order can be downloaded. In addition, we will automatically send an email to the account you provided us with the details of the purchase.

In any case, we will provide a tracking number of the order that you can access from your “My account” area.

If the product you have requested Is unavailable, we will inform you of it within a short period of time. In which case, we will offer you another product with similar characteristics that have the same or higher quality. In this case, you would decide if you accept this proposal or exercise your right of withdrawal and resolution, without requesting the direct costs of the return, if the product had already been received.

In the total price you will be able to see clearly the part corresponding to VAT and the shipping costs.

The webpage accepts: bank transfer, PayPal and of course, credit card. In the event of bank transfer, a mail from with the details of the payment will be sent. If you choose Paypal, they will send its own email confirming the payment. If you choose a credit card, the bank’s own payment gateway will confirm that the transaction is correct.



The delivery of the products will be sent directly by TOPETE through the shipping company.

In any case, if there is damage in the product, as a result of the transport, you must notify TOPETE and the supplier immediately, immediately after delivery. In this regard, we remind you that you are entitled to the guarantees and after-sales services established by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the protection of consumers and users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007, of November 16).



The objective of TOPETE (“the Seller”) is to guarantee the satisfaction of the buyers of PÖLKA SHOES products, reason why if for any reason it was not satisfied with its order, it can exercise its right of withdrawal, without penalty, within a period of 14 calendar days since the date on which the purchase was received.

The products can be returned through the courier company indicated by the seller, but only after having completed and delivered the Return Form that are online in these terms and conditions within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date on which the seller is informed of the exercise of the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract.

The Seller will send the confirmation, to the e-mail address informed, of the effective receipt of the withdrawal request sent through the Return Form, it is understood, that the buyer will have to prove the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal. It will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal once past the 14 days period.

In case you want a change in the size of the product delivered, you must fill out the return form clearly indicating that it is a change and not a full refund. The change of size will be governed by the same conditions as the withdrawal except the refund of the price.


The right of withdrawal shall be properly exercised only if the following conditions are met:

1.- The return form must be sent to the address within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the reception of the products;

2.- The integrity of the products must be respected, they must not have been used, washed or damaged including the identification tags adhered by seal or cord to the respective products;

3.- The return will be conveyed with the original packaging, the return of unpaired copies will not be accepted or in wrappings or containers different from the originally delivered;

4.- The products to be returned will be collected by the courier service within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notified the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract;

If these requirements are fulfilled, the seller agrees to reimburse the amount of the returned items in full on the condition that you use the courier company indicated in the Return Form.

If you decide to use the messenger service chosen by TOPETE to send the products purchased, you will not have to make the payment of the return costs yourself. If you decide to use a different courier, you will have to bear the return costs.

Established the above in terms of acceptance of the refund and terms and modalities of the refund, in case you had made the payment of the order by credit card and wish to obtain the refund directly in your current account, you must inform the account number to make the payment, this number will be introduced in your datasheet.

We will contact you in case we have to refuse the return or if you do not agree with the conditions previously mentioned in the previous paragraph.

In which case, you would be able to decide if you want to receive the items purchased at your expense again.

In the event of your refusal of this shipment, TOPETE reserves the right to keep the articles and the amount corresponding to the purchase price thereof.

We will contact you if we could not accept your return, or if you did not comply with the conditions previously mentioned in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can decide if you want to accept the reduction of the refund, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease of value of the products returned, or if you prefer that we return the products purchased, running the expenses of your account.

In the event of your refusal of this shipment, TOPETE reserves the right to keep the articles and the amount indicated by the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease of value of the returned products.



Once the seller receives your return and verifies that all the conditions have been fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted, or, in case of a decrease in the value of the Products returned, you will receive an email in which we will inform you the amount deducted of the refund.

Whatever form of payment you have used (credit / debit card or Pay Pal), the seller will make the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, before fourteen (14) days from the date on which the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal has come to the knowledge of the Seller, and after having verified that said withdrawal has been exercised in compliance with those conditions.

The period of time necessary for the realization of the payment of the refund or the restitution of the sums that you have paid to acquire the products, depends on the forms of payment used:

Credit or Debit Card: The speed of the reimbursement depends on the entity that issued the credit or debit card used. We remind you that the date of payment of the refund will be the same as that of the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest;

PayPal: The refund will be made to your PayPal account and you will be able to see it immediately. The time that elapses until the actual refund on the credit card of your PayPal account depends on the entity issuing the credit card;
